Hello, I’m Carl and I am a counsellor/psychotherapist here at J&P Healthcare. 

I am a qualified and registered integrative counsellor (trained in multiple theories of counselling and registered with the BACP) and CBT practitioner. I have been a practicing therapist for 5 years now and have worked at J&P for almost 3 years. 

I love what I do! and feel this is important in giving my client’s confidence to trust that together we can affect real positive change in their lives.
